Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with Channel / GIEM customers.
- Assist customers with quotation, new orders, update on status of orders-in-progress, furnishes information on new products, and send product information as requested.
- Processing returns and maintains standing order and blanket order contracts.
- Resolves customer queries promptly and in professional manner.
- Completing related records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as required.

Requirement:
- GCE O level and above
- Preferably 1 year experience in call center environment
- Basic knowledge of the IT and computer accessories supplies industry
- Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin

- Responsible for developing new business, grow and retain existing customer base
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, executing sales strategies and campaigns
- Responsible for promoting the Company’s range of products as a professional sales representative to all assigned existing and prospective accounts
- Responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with end-users, buyers, retail companies, and suppliers
- Responsible for researching and studying information on new equipment and products to gain technical knowledge
- Responsible for conducting sales calls to seek orders of current products and demonstrate new equipment
- Responsible for ensuring that customers are well satisfied with products and services
- Responsible for making recommendations to management regarding pricing and sales projections and promotions based on customer feedback

Requirements:
- Diploma in Business / Marketing / Mass Communications or related field
- Preferably 2 years of sales and marketing experience in a similar capacity
- Broad-based knowledge of the entrepreneurial business environment
- Knowledge of IT products
- Excellent leadership and human relations abilities.
- Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Solid analytical and technical skills.
