- What is DataInsure of Laptop?
DataInsure for Laptop is a data recovery service plan for laptop users whereby we will provide free data recovery service to purchasers of DataInsure. This applies to any data loss situation such as hard disk crash, virus attacks or accidental deletion of files.
- How long am I covered for such service if I purchase DataInsure?
DataInsure provide users with coverage from 1 to 3 years depending on the plan purchased.
- Is there any limit to the number free data recovery services I could use?
Within the coverage period, we do not place any limit to the number of free recovery services to be performed as long as the hard disk is registered under the DataInsure plan purchased.
- How do I request for a data recovery service?
To request for data recovery service, simply contact our customer service officer at 6872 0101 and they will advice you on the data recovery procedures.
- How fast can I get my data back?
We are able to provide a fast turn-around time of 3 to 5 days.
- Are all my data retrieved confidential?
Having the 1st and only Class 100 Clean lab in Singapore, customers can have a peace of mind that their data media will not be sent to other countries with the possibility of data leak. We enforce strict in-house or user-defined non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Only customers could access and verify their own data throughout the recovery process.
- How much does a normal typical data recovery service costs?
A data recovery service will normally price between S$1000 – S$3500. If you purchase DataInsure, you are paying less than a fraction (from 33cents/day) of the actual recovery costs to get back your data within the shortest possible time.
